1. Booking & Appointments

By booking an appointment with Knead You Massage Therapy, you agree to:

• Pay the required 50% deposit to secure your booking
• Provide accurate health information on your medical form
• Arrive on time for your appointment
• Follow our cancellation policy for any changes

2. Health & Safety

For your safety and the safety of our therapists:

• You must complete a medical history form before your first treatment
• You must inform us of any changes to your health condition
• Treatments may be refused if contraindications are present
• You agree to inform the therapist if you experience any discomfort during treatment

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

• 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
• Remaining balance is payable before or after treatment
• We accept card payments and cash
• Loyalty points are earned only on completed treatments

4. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Knead You Massage Therapy cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions or conditions that may arise. By receiving treatment, you acknowledge that massage therapy is provided as a wellness service and not as a substitute for medical care.

5. Gift Vouchers

Gift voucher terms:

• Valid for 12 months from date of purchase
• Can be used for any treatment or product
• Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Any remaining balance can be used on future visits
